Thijmen comes from the hospitality industry and started his career in recruitment at Randstad Sourceright. Leading numerous high-performing, large teams for global accounts in the engineering and pharmaceutical sectors. He continued at KPMG, leading the conceptualisation, execution, and evolution of the company’s Learning & Development, Global Mobility and Talent Acquisition strategy from scratch.
Following his time at KPMG, Thijmen founded his own recruitment agency, supporting a boutique search agency in Budapest.
After a brief interim assignment, Thijmen decided to specialise in international ESG and sustainability recruitment and executive search.

Imard brings over 6 years of sales experience across various industries before transitioning into the field of recruitment. He has filled roles internationally in, among others, engineering, sales and finance, many of them in the PV and manufacturing industry.
With fluency in Dutch, German, Hungarian, and English, he enjoys working on an international level. Not only because he is a member of Generation Z, Imard’s passion for the environment is evident, as he actively engages in sustainable practices, like composting food waste at home and commuting solely by bike.
He holds an MSc. degree from the German-speaking Andrássy University, and studied also at the renowned IVA Business School. This unique combination equips him with a solid foundation to grasp technical concepts, bridging the gap between business and sustainable technology.

László has long experience in environmental business-related fields, public services, waste management, recycling, raw material trade and HVAC efficiency. In 2007 he started his top management career and has been leading different-sized multinational and local companies ever since. Worked several years in the field of public services, being involved in waste management projects in CEE.
Thereafter, he continued in the paper industry as head of a multinational group’s local branch,then started his own consulting business specialised in environmental, packaging and recycling, circular economy and legal obligations management. Furthermore, Laszlo got involved in a Swiss group’s, Balkans development in trading with recyclable raw materials and spreading the circular economy concept among partners in many countries.
Today,he has turned towards developing our sustainability-focused search firm in the region, as Business Development Partner of Meijer&Co.

His experience in the corporate sector includes public relations, diversity and inclusion, employee communications and managing labour relations on the EMEA level.
Meanwhile, his experience in the public sector is based on political communication, organizational development and diversity in politics.

With seventeen years of experience in journalism working in Budapest, Brasilia, and New York, Mirjam started out as a radio journalist for Hungarian Public Radio. As a recipient of the Fulbright grant and the American Association of University Women International Fellowship, she gained her M.S. from Columbia University’s Journalism School and her M.A. in business journalism from New York University.
She worked for Reuters News in New York for six years, coordinating and creating multimedia coverage with Reuters colleagues around the world under tight deadlines. She has been freelancing with feature pieces for magazines such as Forbes Hungary and Marie Claire Hungary interviewing people from the head of Tate Modern to the Director of Infectious Diseases for the Ministry of Health of Brazil.
Mirjam wrote a non-fiction book about the way New York City builds character (Dreams of Others, 2017, Athenaeum) now in second edition.

He has many years of experience in the public and private sector, having made a career in recruitment before moving into marketing in 2021.

Alex has 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry and helped over 500 companies find employees. He worked as Managing Director with Sthree, covering nine offices with around 700 staff. In 2019 he restructured one of Germany’s largest permanent recruitment companies, Perm4.
Currently, he is a Partner DACH with the SR group and supports Hessian clients through his own company GPU. As a Partner within Meijer&Co, he supports our growth and upscaling within the CEE region.

Ede has 13 years of experience in the energy industry. He worked in energy sales, transformation, strategy and due diligence projects at BCG, the Boston Consulting Group, for clients in 10+ countries. Afterwards, he was leading the creation of the renewable energy and energy efficiency division of MOL Group, a European industrial company.
In 2023, he joined BwB, the Investment Bank for Earth, as Vice President.
BwB provides non-profit financial advisory for governments and international institutions and aims to attract sufficient private and public capital to green transition projects globally.

Vince has spent 10+ years in global sourcing as a methodology and technology subject matter expert. He has helped 300+ clients globally to solve their sourcing and recruitment challenges first in an RPO and later in a boutique consultancy environment.
His key areas of expertise include auditing recruitment processes, setting up sourcing organizations, training sourcing methodology, recruitment technology selection and implementation.
Currently, Vince is a Senior Consultant of The Source CODΞ Agency, whose mission is helping great companies build and maximize their sourcing capabilities.

Gábor started his career more than 10 years ago when he joined McKinsey&Company. He spent almost 3 years focusing on various industries including financial services, energy, and telecom. In 2015, he moved on to join MET Group, one of the fastest growing energy companies in Europe.
During the last decade, he has been actively shaping the establishment and expansion of activities in the renewable energy sector.
Gábor is currently the Director of Development & Engineering, responsible for implementing and constructing the gigawatt-scale renewable asset portfolio of MET Group across Europe.

Éda’s passion for business sustainability has led her work in the FMCG and agriculture technology sector with Procter&Gamble, Coca-Cola HBC and Syngenta for the past 20+ years. She co-developed processes for managing and measuring sustainability strategy, engaging with stakeholders across the value chain and transparently reporting about achievements and challenges.
She believes that only sustainable business models will thrive, led by teams that can partner and co-create with other businesses, governments, regulators and civil society.
Éda currently leads sustainability and communications for Syngenta’s Field Crop Seeds business across EMEA.
