Reflect on 2024 with us in our 'Green Wrapped' recap! Discover how we've championed sustainability and talent, from welcoming 5567 candidates to partnering with 11 new clients and celebrating our biggest milestones.

2024 is almost drawing to a close. Cliché as it sounds, it feels almost like yesterday that we started the year in January. Nonetheless, December is always a great time to reflect on a year full of meaningful milestones, growth, and achievements in our company, as well as our industry. Inspired by the concept of "Spotify Wrapped”, we’ve also taken the liberty to collect some of our own highlights from the year—showcasing the numbers and stories that shaped our journey.
5567 new candidates: expanding our talent ecosystem
This year, we welcomed 5567 new candidates into our database. Each represents somebody that is eager to make an impact in ESG and sustainability-focused roles. This growth highlights the increasing demand for talent aligned with green and ethical business practices. If you are one of those more than 5000 people we cannot thank you enough for putting your trust in us, and empowering us with your data. The most important asset of any organisation is their people. And as such, matching the right people with the right jobs at the best possible organisations is a credo that we aim to live by everyday.
48 days to make the perfect match
Although speed is not everything - but accountability is. That is why we are proud that on average, it took us 48 days to fill roles in 2024.This is not only a reflection of our commitment to finding not just the right skills, but also taking the time to find the right cultural and ethical fit for each client. The right hire can drive both business success and get you closer to your ESG goals, but a ‘bad one’ can also hinder you from reaching them. That is why finding the right balance between speed and quality is crucial - and we aim to do just that with every placement we make.
11 new clients, 11 new partnerships to build
We were proud to partner with 11 new clients this year, each dedicated to strengthening their ESG commitments, deploying smart workforce strategies and putting talent on the front burner of their business strategies. We believe that these partnerships are more than transactions—they are collaborations to drive lasting change through impactful hiring.
7 Sectors, 6 Countries: borderless reach for the best the market has to offer
Our work this year spanned across 7 different sectors and 6 countries, reinforcing the need for smart location strategies, as well as the expertise in many different regions of Europe. From renewable energy to sustainable finance, we’ve been at the heart of driving ESG growth and placing talent and skills across borders.
Our most interesting job title: Global Program Director ESG
Among the many exciting roles we worked on this year, one stood out: Global Program Director ESG. This position embodied the future of leadership, combining global oversight with a deep commitment to environmental and social governance. Spearheading the change that we see happen all around us in the world of business is a task that should not be taken lightly, that is why we felt an extra level of commitment and dedication to finding the perfect candidate to fill this position. The leaders of today, are the heroes of tomorrow - especially in driving the green revolution of organisations around the world.
Biggest milestone: joining the Talentor family
In 2024, we celebrated a significant milestone—we became part of the Talentor international organization. This move has amplified our ability to connect talent with impactful roles on a global scale, accessing a repository of skills, expertise and talent intelligence that is on par with the best ones in the world, as well as tapping into new talent pools that can further our clients in achieving their strategic goals. We are extremely excited about what this collaboration will bring for us in 2025, and many years to come.
And the biggest personal achievement: our 24h The Planet walk
It’s hard to describe the feeling that we had during those 24 hours in Városliget of Budapest, but completing this goal was certainly the most important personal achievement of 2024. And no, not because of how physically demanding it was, but because it proved once again that no matter the goal we set for ourselves, dedication, perseverance, and most importantly our community are the ones that will always be there for us to achieve these goals. Also, we managed to raise nearly € 8000, something we are extremely proud of. Together we can truly create a lasting impact around ourselves and on a larger global scale as well. And that remains our mission for 2025, too: transforming organisations by connecting them with the right talent to create intrinsic and sustainable ESG changes.
What’s next in 2025?
As we look ahead, we’re inspired by the momentum of 2024. The coming year promises more innovations, deeper partnerships, and continued dedication to making the workplace a force for good. Change is the only constant, and with the impact of AI, talent scarcity, profound policy shifts in both the right and sometimes questionable direction, as well as climate change becoming an everyday experience to all of us each day, we strongly believe that us, as a green and talent centric recruitment firm will surely be able to contribute to the progress that we want to change in the world around us.
